You know ... with a little bit of a nice dried bacon like Swiss petit lard (diced) and a bit good cubed full-fat cheese like Gruyère stuffed in with it, this deep-fried beer thing might actually be quite yummy as hors d'oeuvres.
*files the idea away for future use*
- The logic with the cheese being that as it melts, it would mix in with the beer and make it less runny as it's eaten.Continuity
