Monospaced, it was because the FFX is his car, designed specifically for him. I imagine he would get the best time out of it. But one could argue he just didn't want anyone else driving his car. There's only 30 of them, and Ferrari picks you to own one. If i recall, didn't they take the time off the board anyway, because it didn't use street tires?
