- Just go to Preferences - Sharing - Services
- Turn on Personal File Sharing. It will tell you the IP address for other users to access your computer... an afp:// location for Mac users. (Windows users can also access using 'Web Folders'...just a diffferent URL format)
- Setup a separate user on your system... 'Guest' or something'
- Send the 'Guest' user/password details to the user... they can then mount only their 'Guest ' folder to their desktop...or something like that... I set it up for myself to access my main computer on the road...works great, but still learning the details for dealing with multiple users.
