You spoke your mind and you now feel guilty? You have places to go as a New Yorker, you run into 10 homeless people a day asking for money. You can't feed all of them, otherwise you'd spend $200/ month doing so. You feel bad that the world is filled with these types of people and you blow up in one day. You should feel angry, not guilty that these people can't do anything for themselves.
