cat power is great. I have everything since What Would The Community Think? All have been excellent (that would be 'Moon Pix', 'The Covers Record' & 'You Are Free', for those wanting to know). Her cover of 'Wild Is The Wind' is superb.
She has a voice fairly similar to Beth Orton's. although more cracked and somewhat despairing. It's fairly heart rending stuff in places. particularly 'names' on the new album.
saw her live, and like it was said before, she let her long hair hang in front of her face so you couldn't see her.
she's a genius. more please!
