i have to agree.. to see this as m$ biting apple is as shortsighted as it gets.
This is the biggest opportunity for any company to jump on, and most obvious frontier, and M$ has been busy working on the movie industry before it tried to lock down the music download business.
the only company that seems to be late is the industry itself.
