  Well I think the Smokescreen thing you posted is sort of automatic. It actually interprets the SWF in real time using JS. But you'll notice the examples they have are extremely limited and don't really involve much interactivity.

  My guess would be they are working though those issues but that it's far from being able to translate even reasonably complex Flash files.
