    you may want to check into pinnacle cart ( pinnaclecart.com ).
    Me and a developer put together a custom storefront from the ground up using pinnacle. It's completely customizable as far as design goes. The admin / dashboard / reporting is extremely robust and pretty friendly also.

    I believe they have some hosted options on their site. Licensing for the software is a bit steep but I can really say nothing but good things about the software and support team.
