Wow. So this is all going down in LA. Makes me think "what would David Lynch do?" Lynch freakin loves good architecture btw, among other things.
I say try to schedule the interview for one of the hottest days of the year (like this Wednesday) & keep the air conditioning off in the conference room. Make him sweat!
