I dare you to print out his work and mount it on one side of a piece of paper then print your workl on the other side of the paper.
Underneath the corresponding side type your name and then his name.
When he comes to the interview say glad you made it sit down.
Then open the paper infront of him, then sit back down and simply look at him.
