    If there is a company that knows something about patterns of user behaviour it is Apple. They know all about how consumer (dis)satisfaction works.

    If your phone gets slow, either because too many apps are open (remember how everyone wanted multitasking on iPhone and Apple kept saying no?) or because a Flash website is slowing it down, people will blame Apple and not anyone else.
    If the battery gets drained because of processor heavy Flash, people will blame Apple.
