nah - i'm trying to implement a load of things to the design team here.
one of these - is a talent share type thing.
so the idea is to basically lend out one of our designers for free - to another studio - for them to learn / shadow / contribute etc in a different environment
thus helping them grow
+ helping out a studio with vetted, talented & (most imporantly) free resource
nurturing our talent-- the boy wants to go and find out a bit more about havy duty motion graphics - he's *awesome* at smaller scale AE stuff & where that meets digital - but wants to see how its done at a grander level
i thought i might have a subtle 'IN' with some QueueBeaners :)
