Here is what I think she wanted to write:
1° - "One of the countries in the world to legalize euthanasia and the gay marriages, and to ban forced marriages is Belgium. "
2° - "The parliament of Belgium is composed with more female ministers than male ministers" (I'm not the best in English too).- Not following the actualities but maybe it should be "The parliament of Belgium was composed with more female ministers than male ministers" now....Xantar666
