  That's really sad. I hate when designers (the guy in CA) work that cheap, it brings down the industry for all of us. I wouldn't open flash without charging minimum $300 (and I'm not all that great yet!). If you need the money, tell him $500, I wouldn't even touch that for $200. Seriously $200 is rediculous.
