OOOOH you can have so much fun!!
get him in for an interview! and then slowly but surely start to make him realise that you're the guy he stole from. Then basically show him your Krop page and ask him politely how long it will take him to get the stuff off his portfolio. a camera set up on his face would make for some very priceless viewing. come on you have GOT to do this! it'll be leglendary
