– DrBombayJust curious because most people tends to just download movies. And I really hate to see korean movie industry end up being what happened to HK industry.
No one wanted to invest in movies anymore because they know that a movie will just be out on the street with in hours of premiering it. The actors in HK are either making movies in China or doing TV shows. If there are movies done, they tend to be bubble gum crap that they know can make a lot money in a short run to counter balance the pirated time frame.
Few guys I know in HK are only doing commercials and product placement. They say that no one wants to take a chance on a good script.
