    While the spec for the job is pretty loose, you can probably count on:

    • Gateway between purchase point and website where new users are authenticated via API-to-site communication from Paypal?

    • Push out email from server when new user is authenticated via a purchase, and generate a unique URL (PHP?) where their account can be setup with username, password, etc.

    • A reminder system for lost passwords, usernames, etc.

    Shouldn't be too tough, just make sure you don't get some hack job to do it. Less than a grand, for sure. My ballpark guess would be $500ish?
