My kitchen before:

Not totally finished yet, still got an audio system to install, HP Touchsmart for the tv/audio and some finishing touches. All designed and installed by me in the last 4 weeks (except for gas/plumbing/flooring). 29 lights in total, maybe a bit too many...
Used to be a joiner (or carpenter/chippy, depending on where you are from). Gave it up for an easier life :o)
