you can get a mac with a free printer and more memory from places like macmall and macwarehoues. Great deals. Also about the support think regardless of what kind of "person you are" they are going to call you first about anything that happens with the computer because you bought it and your family...wouldnt you rather it be a mac so you could walk them through whatever that maybe besides there is mac support just about everywhere now might be a bit harder to find but it is there.
