  Something like that.

  I'm looking more of a PDF Digital Form. It's going to be a work request for a few different projects to my department. (HTML Email Design, Banner Designs, Landing Pages, etc)

  So if the Account Executive request a HTML Email, then the form would populate the options needed to complete a request for a HTML Email.

  Then if they selected Banners, there would be different options that would appear.

  I'm trying to not have all the options for each project appear on all the forms that are submitted.
