Well, maybe I had better state my intent.

I'm looking for something that I can use in a small, poorly lit room mainly for shooting personal / portfolio work. I have a decent table / drop-cloth setup I just need better lighting sources. I will not be taking the kit anywhere outside of this room and to be able to break the kit down and store it without too much a footprint would be a big plus for me. I am FAR from a professional photographer but I'm at the point where resources to professionally shoot my work are costly and/or unreliable.

I would simply like a basic setup so that when I have work that I would like to shoot then I can!

    • take your table outside on a cloudy day. Done.MHDC
    • heh, i've done this before :Dd_rek
    • How were the results? Not bad right... what "work" are you shooting, printed piecesMHDC
    • Printed yes - some pieces with heavy finishing. Hard to capture with poor lighting =\d_rek
