  The sit eyou showed us is an intro--become-site... so it's hard to say. What I mean is that it looks like the site was designed, then the intro to suit - in which case it may have taken 5 hours to do the intro. But without having the structure/design of the site it may take 20 hours.
  What exactly are you asked to quote on?
