    Get a tape recorder and tell her, "Today is XXth of August. From now on, when you call me, I will be recording our conversations."

    This is the only way to keep shit in check. Otherwise, she will keep calling you and toying with your emotions. This will keep her at arms-length and give your lawyer some ammo should she continue to call you.
