Historically, this was never considered a crime. Probably because boys can't get pregnant, and likely enjoy the experience. I mean, they have to be aroused for there even to be an "act."

I still have a hard time believing that this has now become a "crime." I really do. But, I guess the vast majority of people are jealous prudes.

    • I hope you're kidding. What if this was a man and a little girl instead? The law can't be that sexist anymore.juhls
    • Well, that's just the point. Men and women, and boys and girls, are different. It's silly that the law treats these things the same. Just silly. They aren't.boobs
    • I can't believe what I just read...Sep

yes the chick was a pervert but I would love hear that the kids say
      Miguex
    • same. Just silly. They are different things. They are not analogous. That they are legally treated the same is stupid.boobs
    • stupid. It's an utterly foolish problem with the law, that has nothing to do with real problems in the real world.boobs
    • Right. Because boys know exactly what they're doing and know all the consequences at that age.juhls
    • If you're underage, you're underage. What if a girl slept with her teacher and loved it?juhls
    • And didn't have any psychological problems as an adult? Happens less, but it can happen.juhls
    • Won't the teacher stretch her out? What if he was hung like a horse?vitamins
