The sound of the fly bothered me, even thou you see a bee, you hear a fly... birds are good, but bring in some ambiance and make the loop a bit longer.
on the first screen i would get rid of the big sign and let the text live among the environment. maybe add some nav links into content, reinforcing your navigation.
loading took a bit (i have a fast connection too) add some extra paw steps to the animation to make it more interesting
