  I had a second interview yesterday and the GM asked me the "Give me 3 outstanding Qualities about yourself" BS question. I told him "Loyalty" was one and then he gave me the job and asked me to start immediately.
  I told him I needed at least a week and a half notice at my other job and he almost receded the offer.
  We agreed I start monday but he had to up the $$.
