  there is this movie called "Born Rich" by one if the Johnson & Johnson heirs. basically none of benefactors do anything. They can't or wont work in the family business due to the politics so life has become a hobby for them; they collect things or engage in sport ... the typical.

  cant imagine it sits well with gates or buffet knowing their money will be fought over by generations to come just so they dont have to work...
