I lived in an appartment full of roaches,
the saying once you see one there's 100 more hiding it true,
but it depends of the size of the roach, if it was a baby roach you're screwed, if it looked like an adult and you only saw one,
you may get lucky, that probably means he got in from somewhere else,
anyways, a simple advice,
leave that place as soon as you can and trow out all the food or other items that are not essential,
you don't want to carry them in your new place,
