You'll want one of these:

http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasi…HDMI and DVI are actually the same signal, but DVI doesn't carry audio. SO you'll need a 1/4" jack to RCA (red & white) to hook up the headphone out into your tvs audio.
- I meant 1/8", not 1/4" jack. It's also called a mini-jackxcreonx
