I think he's being supported by american elites trying to infiltrate the haitian political and economic system. I like how it mentions the haitian relief fund as and the "U.S.-led international donor community". you know the US invaded that place a few times? Their is lots of interest in who is prez there and who is giving them money. It'll either fail and they'll make a big publicity stunt out of it or he'll be thoroughly corrupted on his inauguration day.
