No, but I've been having kernal panics and the RAM is suspected that was installed. To thoroughly test this hyposthesis, you remove the extra RAM and only run off the soldered RAM. Do that and if everything works fine, it's the RAM. Also, if you're only using the hardware diagnostic CD to test the hardware, it's not extensive enough, get the store to use TechTool Pro and run a logic board and RAM test. Don't test the HD with Tech Tool though because it hasn't been updated for Panther yet.
