    You know thats really really really low for finance. Do you work in back office or something, doing marketing? Besides that wont get you $7700 apt in Chelsea anyways. Dont you know how to calculate the rules for apartment rental in NY?

    You need at least 40 times your monthly rental to qualify. You need to make $308,000 with out bonus to qualify for that. No one count bonuses as income anymore.
