I love this.
I designed a logo for a friend a while back
now thier having a new site designed. the web site designers asked my friend to ask me if it was ok to make the logo into a long line because they couldn't design a website with a logo like that.my reply was thus.
I learnt some time ago not to become attached to my designs, I really don’t mind, and yes, a round logo isn’t ideal for web. However your logo is a house/home and this is the key concept, taking it apart because (project managers name) doesn’t know what to tell the web designer is absolutely-mind-numbingly-fuckin...
a. Make the nav shorter so the logo can sit to the left of it.
b. Put the log in the middle with the nav to the left and right.
c. don’t design a website with a 100% horizontal nav for a company with a tall logo.If B&Q can manage it I’m sure they can.
- that should say "absolutely mind numbingly fucking ridiculous"mydo
