I read a piece by one of the Nokia management recently, focussing on how they're losing their market share to Apple.
One point he made was how Nokia had, in the modern socially-connected web x.0 context, beun outsuorcing its creativity to its users, relying too much on user feedback and design by mass consensus. Apple, in opposition, do their own thing - and to hell with anyone who Thinks Different.
What I'm getting at is, perhaps you should just go ahead and launch and not put too many questions on out on forums - you'lll get a thousand different opinions and perspectives, many of which are contrary to one another.
The last thing you want when trying to find your own frequency is other people's noise.
