There are a bunch of pay ones around, but when I've needed to do large maps of places I've always used Google Maps and Firebug.
Zoom in as high as you can and then use Firebug to make the object size huge. Some of the written elements and directions are able to be deleted with Firebug.
Use Aviary or something similar to screenshot the whole page. An autotrace in Illustrator should give failry good results from that.
There are a bunch of eps maps available, such as
