  i also spotted this -
  an interview with jackie chan on johnathan ross, when he showed him some kung fu moves

  they were all mantis and possibly wing chun applications. As 7 star northern Mantis and wing chun have some similar blocks and counters (as far as i know).

  5.15, his hand is in the praying mantis hand position -
