    Some decent 7 star northern mantis application stuff, from Brendan Lai

    If you look at 4 minutes its a very good example of the system,
    you strike/counter your opponent, make them block (if they dont you hit them), then you capitalize on their block.

    Again from what ive seen similar to wing chun.
