    both great cams, I personally would go for the the S90, I do like panasonic though, my gf1 has been great.

    S90
    better zoom range
    slightly better high iso
    VGA video - however! The video is very smooth and looks decent
    Smaller

    lx3
    - wide angle lens - having put the s90 and lx3 side by side I found if you take two steps back and crop the image you can get the same picture with the s90(the perspective is obviously very slightly different), So to me the wide angle is not a big deal.

    HD video - I find even though it's HD it looks choppy, and put next to the smooth s90 footage it doesn't look that much better

    Limited zoom.

    So between the 2 the s90 I'd go for. There isn't much between them though, both amazing little cams.

    I think you should get the g11 though. Slightly larger, but it's a great cam, 5x optical zoom, articulating LCD, optical view finder and it had the best ergonomics of any camera i have ever held! It does have a slightly less maximum aperture I rhink though.
