    I would re-write the following:

    "I have developed a ten-year-long experience in software and web development."
    TO:
    "I have ten years experience in ...."

    AND
    "Currently, I’m full-time employed at Now Available."
    TO:
    "Currently, I’m employed full-time at Now Available."

    AND
    "I plan to add the possibility to better filter and customise search results."
    TO:
    "I plan to add the option to better filter and customise search results."
