PonyBoy, I know it was a lighthearted post, and who here among us doesn't have love for the heftier Mexicanas among us and their sweet, sweet loving ways, but just look at the lede and count the dog-whistles:
"A loose network of Mexican-American women, some of whom may be illegal immigrants, have been responsible for helping numerous Afghan military deserters go AWOL from an Air Force Base in Texas, FoxNews.com has learned."
"loose... Mexican-American women" (c'mon that's there...)
"may be illegal immigrants" (solid journalism there. No need for facts.)
Later in article:

Sources named one of the deserters, Javed Aryan, as being among the men who had a local girlfriend. "Any comparative facts of how many girlfriends/wives of any other type of GI help them go AWOL? I'd bet it's pretty high and isn't linked to either an Afghani or BMW population. Nice cherrypicking data there fox.
