  morning all.
  well i've had a terrible nights sleep thinking about this one.

  and i see absolutly no sense has been achieved in the mean while.
  so just to confirm what's happened here.

  you made a site.
  someone you never met, bought a better URL,
  when your hosting failed, they copied the site.
  they got top of google.
  and left your contact details on it.

  therefore someone is helping you get business, and you're angry with google?

  did i miss something?
