  I don't really get what's the (big?) deal.
  Somebody 'steal' my website (it looks quite much like a template anyway) but forgets to remove all my details and shit. So basically I have another domain with all my stuff in it.
  Meaning it makes no difference to me... does it?

  No ads on there so who care whose domain is it anyway? Even better, no need to worry about paying hosting :P
