One advantage that the xbox version has over other boxes (blurry & Internet enabled tv) is that you can browse content other than what you put in your instant que. Other systems i have seen o nay deliver what you have manually put in your que
Disadvantage would be what you not only need a netflix subscription but also an xbox live subscription. If your not into gaming than that would be a draw back.
Xbox also plays nice with network drives and even your Mac, meaning you can stream other downloaded content to it as well. Just not iTunes content.
