I'd ban that look, you know, incredibly baggy black pants frayed at the cuffs, jet black hair, facial piercings, SlipKnot t-shirt, etc.
Saw that up in Wisconson over the summer in Wisconson Dells area, honestly thought that look was over.
It was proof that small towns are still very behind the times.
