^I'm running out of sympathy for the afore mentioned lower middle class pensioners.
The ultra rich, at the end of the day, represent a tiny minority of society, hardly enough to get their policies passed on their own. If the middle class are so goddamn determined to help them out and vote in right-wing politicians who will promptly take their tax money and use it to slash their benefits, well fack...so be it.
I'll do my part to prevent it from happening, but at the end of the day, I'm one of the people who will probably be able to afford to retire on my own savings. Really, it's the working poor that should be rising up en masse to purge the government of every last corporatist sympathizer, instead they are somehow convinced liberals are the source of all their problems. Time to let people discover on their own.
- your interests seem oddly opposed to each other.zenmasterfoo
- How so? I'm just saying, conservative policies will hit those 60k/ yr working families a lot harder than someone like meukit
- me who makes a little more and has some savings. And they have the ability to stop it if they wanted.ukit
