to add to detritus threaded comment above, i have to ask also, have you ever done web or even picked up a 'what the fuck's going on with the web in 12 minutes for dummies' style book? theres about 5 or so so-called 'web-safe' fonts. you'll fine arial gets top booking, probably due to it staring with a. it's like the yellow pages, people go 'ahh font, meh, fucking, looks fine as is' and the font it is is arial. if you're a print designer and asked this question you're even worse than i'm giving you credit for.
please don't learn to learn. fuck that. do this species one massive favour and learn hard drugs. i'm talking booting h into your eyeballs cause the veins in your limbs are choked from chaulk residue cause you make shit quality homebake from shit you steal out of pharmacies you b&e late at night. at least this way you'll only be our problem for around 3 years. 4 on the outside.
