distributing or selling a product containing another company's branding or trademarks for profit and without their consent is generally a bad idea.

i use the term 'research' because that language implies fair use. i suppose i could give it away, but i'd probably need to remove all branding and borrowed graphics. doesn't seem like a very interesting app anymore, does it?

this app is not production-ready. and using the approach i took, it never will be. qbn never opened up an api for me to hook into, so as you can (or cannot) imagine, this is a bit of a kluge. bottom line, it needs a real backend for handling server requests/responses.

finally, this is just show and tell. i created something fun and am showing it off, just like any of you would - but i'm trying to do it in a more responsible manner. and quite frankly, i'm surprised at some of the outragous reactions i'm getting becuase i'm not giving it away. qbn has been pretty good at cleaning up stray threads, so i'm sure this one's on their radar by now. if something's going to happen, it'll happen. in the meantime, i hope it's not asking too much for a little patience and understanding your part.
