    Um, they had something of mine on their site as well that I am not even representing on my website (in production now for a new portfolio).

    I just called up and talked to someone and he was very understanding, and said he did not make the decisions on this stuff, his boss did. His boss is of course out of town until Tuesday of next week, but he sent his boss an email on my behalf asking that my piece be removed.

    He kind of had this "I don't care" attitude, but hell, it sounds like he was just some dude working there who had no power of authority.

    I would call and tell them to take it down. There's no point in bumrushing the issue. Just have it taken down and leave it at that. Life's too short to lose sleep over something like this. I get the idea they were going for, but it wasn't executed well.
