wuzz finishing up a late night pitch last night, musta been around 4 am. we were walking down 2nd ave, at the intersection of 23rd street.
getting some fresh air before the night was through. i look inside this diner window and see Jackie Mason having coffee with a small group of his people. i send my lesbian friend alex in with, you guessed it, a TransFatty-Body of Work DVD.Man, the look on his face was awesome as he sat there looking at it. Surreal as hell.
Now Jackie Mason has one of my DVDs .... whether or not he throws it out I have no idea, but still ... life can be funny that way.
Plus it was all rainy and reflective everywhere.
I like lmights like those, especially when things go accordingly ....
and the streets are reflective with rain and red, yellow and blue ....
ok, back to working on tim and mals project.
