Not knowing what kind of vibe you're after I'd say...
Pubs:
Forresters in Surry Hills. [ upstairs room - own bar etc. ] - closes at 2am
Golden Sheaf in Double Bay. [ upstairs Soda Bar area - kinda swishy - may be more $$$ ] - Closes at 3am
Flinders [ South Dowling Street, Darlinghurst ] - smallish bar but its a good vibe for 100ppl or so - you'd need to call them if they'd let you book it out - they have upstairs but i've never been up there....
- closes at 4amAs mentioned above Tilbury, Beauchamp both good... not sure what time they close - proabably 2-3am.
